Park outing
I went to the nearby recreation park last Sunday not for jogging but rather for some photography stuff. I still want to do more experiment with the Fujifilm HS10 and this time I decided to focus more into "Macro" - those insect....
You can view the photos in Shewsbury Photo Stream, I managed to find some new type of insects (what I mean new is something that I never seen before).
This insects and Macro photography is quite fun but also quite challenging. I like to capture the photos of those small insects coz probably not many of us have seen it anyway - apart from TV channels like National Geographic and that Animal Planet or something like that.
And when I have the photos... though there are not the greatest of them all... I love to share them with others coz sharing is caring...
Eventually, apart from photography, I also managed to spare some time to try this thing;
I don't know what is the name of it.... do any of you know what is this?
All that I knew about this thing is that they say it's good for health and blood circulation and all that stuff - I guess erection and ejaculation are also included...
The last time I tried this thing was early last year and for this year I plan to walk on it as often as I can - since it's good for health they said...
It's kind of a little painful at first and I do struggle a bit but slowly I manage to complete 2 rounds before I get tired and take a break and subsequently just walk away....
I also take the opportunity to try out the Fujifilm "Motion Tracker" and "Motion Remover" features on the HS10.
First the Motion Tracker;
At decent running and walking speed this features work very well....
And now... again, the disappointing "Motion Remover"...
At normal walking/pedestrian speed the feature is a failure...
Well that's about it for 2 hours of at the park with the Fujifilm HS10. You can view the rest of the photos in Shewsbury Photo Stream

now that is a disappointment for the hs10 motion remover that is the feature i like but then the output not so nice.
ReplyDeleteNow bro mention about it, I still haven't tested my FZ35 on park, mostly take my backyard semak samun pics..^^"
ReplyDeleteYes those stones is good for blood circulation, in other word, buat projek also no problem. XD
buat project? sakit belakang woooo hahaha
ReplyDeleteEvaritus, you have FZ35 - awesome... I like the Burst Mode in the SCN.... you can shot non-stop actions continuously till the space in your memory card is finished at 3MP resolution.... the HS10 apparently can't do that...
ReplyDeleteWhich is why I'm considering FZ35 as my next camera....
FZ35 has that motion tracking thingy which I have yet to explore.
ReplyDeleteFind the insect is already very hard...trying to get them in a picture before they move off is even harder!! Plus you need lots of steady hands man haha. I drink lots of coffee so probably I need a stand or something...
Chubby - so you also have FZ35? Cool... Panasonic certainly make great camera...
ReplyDeleteI like the handling and operation of Fuji HS10 (really feel like handling a DSLR) but the long battery life, the features and the quicker Auto Focus system on Panasonic FZ35 are something that I really miss and want to have...
Chubby, insects Macro photography is indeed challenging - but I think it's rewarding also... even me struggle a lot but the long zoom certainly helpful... we need more practice and skills development I guess hahahaha.... the pro usually have special lens and maybe also use additional tools for this special purpose and thus we cannot compete with them... but at least we try to our level best...
ReplyDeletelooking at insect photo I feel like you National Geographic photographer
ReplyDeleteMangyver5223, National Geographic? hahahaha - I cannot reach up to that level yet with my tools and equipment now....
