Figma Emiya Shirou

This is the review of Figma Shirou Emiya (Emiya Shirou) from the anime Fate/Stay Night.

Shirou Emiya is the main character of the story. He is a serious yet helpful, hardworking, and honest teenager. His hobbies include fixing a variety of broken things, from VCRs to stoves, as well as cooking and cleaning.

He has some slight talent with sorcery, though he was discouraged by his foster father Kiritsugu Emiya from improving his gifts. He is initially confused about the Holy Grail War and attempts to irrationally shield others from danger, including his own Servant, Saber.

Out of the box you will get all these items....




The figure....




Extra/optional hands, extra face expression, two swords - Kanshou and Bakuya, Berserker's battle axe and Archer's left arm...





Also included is this manual to show you how to swap the arms and attached the big axe. The other manual I'm not really sure what is it about - something mentioning hair dryer might be helpful if needed....




Let's have a look at the figure....











As simple as it should be but I think the neck is a little bit leaning to much forward... same issue like Figma Kagura though not as bad...

Since this is Figma, articulation is never an issue and since this figure does not wear mini skirt, the hip and leg's movement range is slightly better and wider, you can do this kneeling pose without any problem what so ever...

So without further delay... it's action pose time...










Well I guess, that is enough, you can do many action pose that you can think off with this figure and have lots of fun with it....

By the way I wish to highlight about the Archer's left arm. Though you can see the picture on the manual but the explanation is all in Japanese.

So I hope this can be a helpful information to those of you who are still new with Figma and especially this Figma Emiya Shirou.

This left arms comes with a white thingy to cover that joint hole connecting to the shoulder part.






You have to remove that white thing....




The next step is to gently removing the left arms of the figure.... you can twist and pull but do it slowly and gently - excessive force might end up with you breaking up something....





And lastly, just attach that left arm to that left shoulder join part....




And you ready to rock....




Last but not least - just attach that axe to the hole on the hand....

Overall, this is a must addition to your Figma collection for Fate/Stay Night anime series especially if you are a big fan of that series - like we do. Articulation is great, comes with brilliant weapon collections - a great value for your money.
