Cosmo Fleet Collection Gundam Act. 4
This is the review of Cosmo Fleet Collection Gundam Act. 4 from Mega House.
The price is 3,900 yen (about SGD 63.00) - I kind of forgot about the price since we preordered it long time ago and when I do the review I say "gosh, can't believe we spent SGD 63.00 for this....
The box...
So this thing is what they called as Trading Kits or Gashapon... inside the big box, got another 5 small boxes inside....
This is how the small box looks like... all of them the same....
Front and back of the box...
The side of the box.... from here we can see that there are actually 6 types of them... at this time I'm not sure what will I get... I personally just want the Nahel Argama (Gundam Unicorn), RA-Cailum (Nu Gundam) and the gorgeous Neo-Zeon Rewloola (Sazabi) - I used to work in the kitchen section of this ship....
Produced not by Bandai but rather MegaHouse Corporation.... they don't make any adult video sadly....
As we would expect nowadays.... everything is made in China.....
So I pick my first box randomly and I got Rewloola, wow lucky me, I really want this. This is it now, fresh from the box - nice packaging, they wrapped with many plastics. They also give a piece of manual for some easy assembly work...
This is after you took it out from the plastic.....
You will get all these stuff....
The display base/stand have the name of the particular battle ship....
So this is the Rewloola.... we need to attached those cannons...
By the way if you want to know the size.... roughly this is it... smaller than 1/144 HG RX-78-2 Gundam (G30th Ver.)
Let's see some close up....
They provide the cannons but you have to cut them out from this runners... very easy....
The manual will tell you where to put what.....
So this is it now.... with all the cannons.... cool...
Ready for display with Char Aznable....
Thanks to my Raynox DCR-250 Macro Lens, I can zoom in further to see the Sazabi.... looks OK at this distance....
Euwwwww.... when you zoom in further.... you can see how ugly it is.... well, they're quite small anyway, never easy to paint them....
At least they did the Neo Zeon logo correctly.....
The next box that I opened up, I got this RA-Cailum..... yeah, very happy... I want this also....
The action/display base....
Some close up before attaching the cannons...
And now another look with all the cannons attached....
Ready for display with Chow Yuen Fatt... sorry, I mean Amuro Ray (Nu Gundam)...
The Nu Gundam.....
Further close up up will reveal this.....
From the third box - I got this Nahel Argama.... guess I'm lucky....
The action/display base....
A close up with all the cannons already attached....
Ready for display with Unicorn Gundam....
A little close up on the Unicorn...
Further close up..... erghhh.....
So these all 3 of them that I want from this package....
As for these 2 boxes, I'm no longer interested.... I don't even bother to check out what is it inside them...
Inside are 2 models out of 6 possible models shown on the box..... the other 3, I'm not interested at all....
As for the review items, WOW - can't believe this will cost SGD 63.00 but since I wanted to have those ships, this is the only easiest way to get them... model kits might need lots of work and painting....
Overall, this Trading Kits or Gashapon stuff is intended for the fans who would love to have the big battle ships from the Universal Century timeline. Despite the small size, the details and painting is quite nice (apart from those tiny MS that comes with it) and the action/display base have decent information about the particular model which is an added bonus.
If you like it, grab it, if you don't - then don't bother....
Any of you wanted the extra 2 boxes? I can give it to you for free...
What say you ? You want ?
end

Sadly all the stock is gone and they "Discontinued" it immediately.... but maybe you can still order it from other shops.
And I don't do order business... hehehehe - I got this for review and personal collection only...
I'm surprised that you want it, I thought not many people would like this thing...
Ryu, OK, you are lucky to ask for it... and since no body else wanted it... you shall have it...
ReplyDeletecome and collect it from Shewsbury Land when ever you free...
The Gundams really look hideous lol.... The Gundams aren't really to scale with the ships... Too huge.
ReplyDeleteI want!!! xD oh, and did you cheat again, DJ? :P
ReplyDeletejohn ohh....i see hehehe...ya i like the gundam with the ships..btw i not a fan of gundam if i see the gundam cool and nice baru bli
ReplyDeleteZhe... LOL cheat? what cheat? Nonetheless, too late, I already promised to give the extra 2 boxes to Ryu since he is the first to ask for it... first come first serve.... try again next time...
ReplyDeleteoh... haha okay then >.< well, I'm not sure which post was it but you "cheated" and got the figures that you wanted, right? xD
ReplyDeleteZhe, I think you referring to the previous Haro Caps Gundam Seed trading figure from MegaHouse as well... honestly its the same story.... I open randomly and managed to get the one that I really wanted... in fact on that particular items - I was hoping to also get the Neo Raonoke (Mu La Flaga) but evidently I didn't get it but instead I got 2 units of unwanted fuck face Shin Asuka... sigh... end up I just give it to my office staff....
ReplyDeleteAs for the other 2 boxes of this Cosmo Fleet, we have to wait till Ryu open it up and review it....
His blog address = http://mygaiden.blogspot.com/
haha Unicorn is like being burned from the ship's jet exhaust..
ReplyDelete'collect it from Shewsbury Land'
ReplyDeleteIs Shewsbury land a store? If it is, whereabouts is it?
JC, life is stranger than fiction but sex is important part of life.
ReplyDeleteNope, Shewsbury Land is not a store or a shop or a retailer or distributor, it's just another wonderful "pervert & collectors crib" - a fantasy land created by David John Shewsbury....
