Tomica - Audi R8

This is a die cast car model of Audi R8 produced by Tomica. This Audi R8 is a mid-engine, 2-seater sports car with all-wheel drive system. The car was exclusively designed, developed, and manufactured by Audi AG's high performance private subsidiary company, "Quattro GmbH", and is based on the Lamborghini Gallardo platform.

The painting finishing is in the high quality - exactly what we could expect from Tomica while the not much to talk about on the exterior detailing but the we could see the Audi logo is nicely done there;

Being from the regular series in Tomica's offering, the wheels design is the typical Tomica wheels thus not much to talk about;

Overall, simplicity is the name of the game but even so Tomica did well on the finishing quality even for this regular line up in their offering and for most casual collectors this should be good enough though if you expect more then probably you could try get the same car model from other manufacturers which probably comes with different price tag but then again, it's all depends on the collector's personal taste. As for me, I am pretty happy with this coz I love the red color on this one.
