HGUC 1/144 Geara Doga
This is HGUC 1/144 Geara Doga from the movie of Char's Counter Attack.
Basically this is the same as the previous Geara Doga Resin Custom that we reviewed here last time.
When I look at my Zeon's collections, I don't have any green HG 1/144 kits from Zeon. I don't want to get the Zaku II as it is quite simple anyway and thus that is the reason why I get this Doga.
Nonetheless, the HGUC 1/144 Geara Zulu is coming soon to Shewsbury Land - most probably will get it by next week and thus you can only see it here by next year probably together with the HGUC Unicorn Gundam.
At 1,800 yen (about SGD 28.00 / NZD 28.00 / AUD 22.00 / USD 20.00) before adding the shipment charges, this is a nice HGUC kit and give you great value for your money.
The box...
All the runners...
This kit take me some 4 hours to be completed.... so this is it;
Articulation is very good... this Geara Doga can do this kneeling pose without any problem...
Some kicking action...
Quite sturdy and stable... very nice...
With the complete weaponry, beam machine gun, 4 sturm fausts and greenade launchers mounted on the shield
Some action pose....
All the Neo Zeon's MS from Char's Counter Attack. Guess I should get the 2 Jagd Doga as well next year...
Side by side with Geara Doga Rezin Custom in blue...
Overall, this is indeed a pretty nice HGUC kit, good articulation, decent armaments and weaponry and quite decent details given by Bandai on it's overall design for a HGUC 1/144 scale kit.
If you like Char's Counter Attack then maybe you would like to have this kit in your GunPlaMo collection.
By the way if you ever wonder why we never show the so call "WIP" photos that is because we believe there are hundreds (or thousands or many more) other people out there who can provide you with such thing and they have more expertise and interesting stuff to offer on that particular subject than us in here.
I can recommend a few of them as below;

Furthermore, since we never paint or do anything special on our kits - it is basically the simple out of the box straight assembled kit - and thus there is nothing special to share and we decided to skip that part and make better use of the 1GB photo quota provided by Picasa Album/Google.
We are in fact only interested with the finished product review and photos with some action pose. This is what we mean by being about the same (providing GunPla review) but still different in a way (only show the finished worked).
Hope that information helps and answer your curiosity...
