Another way to open up Hot Wheels cars
Unlike certain models of 1/64 scale die cast cars from Maisto like in the picture above, all Hot Wheels cars that I've ever seen use the so called "rivets" thingy.
If you like to modified or customized your "Hot Wheels" cars, you might want to read this article, otherwise, don't bother...
And as the title suggested, this is just another way - an alternative way that I discovered recently. I never claimed that this is the best way or the perfect way or the only way... I'm sure if you Google around, there are many other ways to do this.... the choice is yours... remember, as I always said, life without sex is challenging and this should be the same.... LOL
I also would like to warned you that if any accident or unwanted things happen to you or your property, it's your problem... if you are under 18, ask your parents guidance and opinion before you try this.... I take no liability what so ever... try at your own risk!!!!
So let's get into the topic for real... below are some of the pictures showing those "rivets";

In the past, we used the screw driver to "screw the rivets" LOL - that's sound so sexual... let me rephrase that.... In the past, we used the screw driver to create some sort of hole and slowly moving on from there till finally we can separate the body and the chasis...
The process is pain in the "arse"... could take between 10 to 15 minutes... hahahaha....
And this is the result;
But all that change when I suddenly trying my luck experimenting with this electric soldering iron - or is it electronic soldering iron? what ever, in short it is soldering iron;
Heat the rod and once u ready... just do it like this;
And less than 5 minutes, depending on how confident and how careful and how skillful you are... it's done... just like that... quicker than masturbation... LOL....
These are the results;
And with that.... you can then proceed to do your customization works - painting, extra detailing and bla bla bla.....
Good luck and all the best..........
